Terms of Service 


Service

  1. We will create the 3D tour and still photos requested.
  2. If the user elects to not accept the presentation 3DPro has the option to re-shoot the images or decline to re-create the production. The user will not be billed until they have accepted the 3D production, still images and any other options the user selected. The user will have unlimited access to the production for up to 90 days at no additional charge. After 90 days, a $5/month hosting fee is required.
  3. Home sq footage is based on Zillow or Realtor.com
  4. Turnaround Time – sometimes your 3D tour can be available within hours, but generally your 3D Tour is available by the following day (Twilight shoots and holidays approximately 48 to 72 hrs)

Acceptance of Work/Payment

  1. 3DPro will provide links to view the entire production after the production is completed. The user has 24 hrs. to review the production and either accept or declined the entire production. If the user elects to use the production, the user has up to 24 hrs. to pay for the services. After 24 hours of non-payment, the link to the production will be disabled. The link will remain available but disabled until the payment for the production is paid in full. If payment is made in full, the link will become active.

Site Readiness

  1. 3DPro will create the 3D images and still images based on the appearance of the property at the time the images are created.
  2. 3DPro provides photography and hosting.
  3. 3DPro does not provide cleaning or staging of properties. (Property staging is available at an additional cost.)
  4. If the property has clothes, dishes or other items that distract from the quality of the production those items will be apparent in the production.
  5. 3DPro may make some minor adjustments such as straightening art work, adjusting pillows, straightening lamp shades, etc.
  6. Property must be in shooting condition upon photographer/s arrival. This means anything you do not want to appear in your room scans must be removed to an area where it will be hidden before photographers arrival on site.

Site Preparation Tips

  1. The fewer items on counter tops such as kitchen or bathroom counter tops will create better images.
  2. Bathroom towels should be arranged neatly if present.
  3. The less “clutter” in a house the better the images will look.
  4. Window coverings may be closed or opened. If views out windows show distracting items, we may close the curtains during shooting.
  5. Personal items such as sticky notes or other items on refrigerators should be removed.
  6. Kitchen appliances and cookware should be organized as much as possible.
  7. Property must be in shooting condition upon photographer/s arrival. This means anything you do not want to appear in your room scans must be removed to an area where it will be hidden before photographers arrival on site.

Travel Fee

  1. The first 30 miles are free with each additional mile at 25 ¢ per mile calculated on round trip milage from the closet area to your property we are working in.
  2. Return trip – $50 plus $5 per reshot scan

Cancellations

  1. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled shoot without a rescheduled date – $50
